Abstract:

GONDEK, Jakub. Použití Mucosal Atomization Device všeobecnou sestrou na oddělení urgentního přijmu. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Jaroslav Pekara, Ph.D. Praha 2021. 53 stran. Bakalářská práce nese název Použití Mucosal Atomization Device všeobecnou sestrou na oddělení urgentního přijmu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části obsahují kapitoly obecné informace o intranasální aplikaci léků, informace o samotné pomůcce sloužící k intranasálnímu podání léků, tzv. MAD a popis vybraných farmak vhodných k této aplikaci. Praktická část bakalářské práce zpracovává čtyři reálné kazuistiky z oddělení urgentního příjmu, při kterých bylo intranasální podání léčiv metodou volby a prezentuje vytvořený check-list určený k tomuto způsobu podání.

The bachelor's thesis is named Use of Mucosal Atomization Device by a Nurse on the Emergency Department. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the chapters contain general information about intranasal drug administration, information about the device used for intranasal drug administration, the so-called MAD, and a description of selected drugs suitable for this application. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis processes four real case reports from the Emergency Department, in which intranasal administration of drugs was the method of choice and presents of created checklist for this method of administration.
