Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá logistickým a výrobním procesem společnosti Pokorný Sítě, s. r. o. Analyzuje životní cyklus objednávky v logistickém systému podniku a následně navrhuje jeho optimalizaci. Teoreticky se věnuje logistice a jejímu vývoji, logistickému systému, jeho prvkům, podnikovému logistickému systému a životnímu cyklu objednávky. Dále je zde zmínka o informačních systémech v logistice, podnikových informačních systémech a ERP. V následující části tato práce představuje společnost Pokorný Sítě, poskytuje informace o jejím hospodaření, hlavních konkurentech na trhu, charakterizuje výrobní sortiment a popisuje informační systém. Rozsáhleji se práce zabývá analýzou podnikových procesů, konkrétně od přijetí objednávky po skladování a distribuci výrobků a navrhuje, jakým způsobem vnitropodnikový proces optimalizovat.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on logistic and manufacturing process of the Pokorný Sítě, s. r. o. company. There is analysed the life cycle of order in the enterprise logistic system and subsequently the optimisation is being proposed. The theoretical part introduces logistics and its development, logistic system and its components, enterprise logistic system and the life cycle of the order. There are also mentioned logistic information systems, enterprise information systems and ERP. The next part of this thesis presents the Pokorný - Sítě, s. r. o. company, and gives information about its business results, main competition on the market and characterises its product range and describes information system. The main part of the diploma thesis deals with analysis of the company processes, beginning with acceptation of order and ending with stocking and products distribution. There is described an option how to optimize this in-house process.
