Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vytvořit ucelený pohled o osobnosti pedagoga na střední škole. Empirický výzkum je zaměřený na to jak učitelé sami sebe vnímají. Budu zkoumat, jak často se vyskytují problémy s nekázní žáků, kolik času věnují učitelé přípravě na výuku, jaké využívají vzdělávací metody a zda jsou ochotni se dále vzdělávat. The aim of this thesis is to create a overall view of the personality of teacher in high school. Empirical research is focused on how teachers perceive themselves. I will examine from point of teacher view how often occurred indiscipline students in the classroom, how much time is spent preparing for lessons, which utilize educational methods and whether they are willing to continue in education.
