Tato bakalářská práce je tvořena dvěma částmi ? teoretickou a experimentální. První část je zaměřena na problematiku antidiabetik, jejich strukturu, popis, výskyt a stanovení v různých matricích. The first part is focused on antidiabetic drugs, their structure, description, occurrence and determination in various matrices. The second part deals with isotachophoretic determination of various antidiabetic drugs.
