Ako vyplýva zo samotného názvu Bakalárskej práce, jej obsahom je problematika efektívneho komunikovania so zákazníkmi/klientmi. V práci sa zaoberám na začiatku teóriou ako je význam komunikácie, jej druhy a v ďalších častiach uvádzam konkrétne príklady obchodných rozhovorov, návody ako postupovať pri jednaní s klientom, venujem sa typológii osobnosti a prínosu efektívnej komunikácie.
