Predmetom diplomovej práce „Strategická analýza podniku“ je komplexná analýza konkrétnej spoločnosti a na základe tejto analýzy navrhnúť budúcu stratégiu. V úvodnej časti bude vymedzený teoretický základ strategického riadenia a uvedené metódy strategickej analýzy. V praktickej časti budú tieto metódy aplikované na konkrétny podnik.
