Stěžejním cílem této diplomové práce na téma "Zjevná neopodstatněnost ústavní stížnosti" byla analýza institutu ústavní stížnosti, zejména pak rozbor nejčastějšího důvodu odmítnutí návrhu Ústavním soudem – zjevné neopodstatněnosti. The main goal of this thesis called " Manifestly Unfounded Constitutional Complaint" was the analysis of the institute of the constitutional complaint, especially the analysis of the most frequent reason for refusal of the complaint by the Constitutional Court - apparent unsubstantionality.
