Abstract:
Cílem této práce je implementovat nástroj 3D Crystal Viewer, který vizualizuje elementární buňky krystalů. 3D Crystal Viewer umí zobrazit jakýkoli krystal definovaný ve standardizovaném souboru Crystallographic Information File, umožňuje uživatelům interagovat s krystalem a má pokročilé funkcionality pro analýzu krystalů. Abstract:
This thesis aims to implement the 3D Crystal Viewer, which visualises crystal unit cells. It can render any crystal described in a standardised Crystallographic Information File. It allows the user to interact with the crystal and has advanced functionalities for crystal analysis. It is built using the C# OpenTK library, which provides low-level OpenGL functions.
