Abstract:
Práce se zabývá motivy ke studiu dospělých na vysoké škole a změnou jejich kariéry. Cílem práce je popsat životní dráhu dospělých, kteří se rozhodli ve věku 30+ opět vstoupit do formálního vzdělávání za účelem změny kariéry. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. This master thesis deals with a theme of motivation of adults for university studies and career change. The aim of the thesis is to describe the life way of adults who decided to enter formal education for a purpose of career change. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part.
