Abstract:

Předložená práce je zaměřena na konkrétní projekt financovaný z fondů EU. Uvádí fungování Evropské unie v oblasti regionální politiky v období 2007-2013. Naznačuje, jak bude vypadat regionální politika EU v novém programovém období 2014-2020. Popisuje regionální operační program, ze kterého byl zvolený projekt financován. Obsahuje základní informace o projektu, kterými jsou informace o žadateli, cíle projektu, zdůvodnění realizace projektu, jeho rozpočet a způsob financování, hodnotící indikátory, předpokládaná rizika, harmonogram a aktivity projektu. Další část práce se věnuje samotné realizaci projektu a důvodům zpoždění vůči původnímu návrhu uvedenému v žádosti. Nakonec je v práci nastíněna návratnost, analyzována udržitelnost projektu a zhodnocen dopad realizace projektu na budoucí výsledky organizace.

Abstract:

The present work is focused on a specific project financed from EU funds. It states Functioning of the European Union's regional policy in the period 2007-2013. It suggests as will be EU's regional policy in the new programming period 2014-2020. It describes the regional operational program, from which the selected project financed. It contains basic information about the project, which is information about the applicant, the project objectives, rationale for implementation of the project, its budget and funding, evaluation indicators, risks assumed, schedule and project activities. The next part concentrates on the implementation of the project and reasons for delay against the original proposal as set out in the application. Finally, the thesis outlines the return, analyzed the sustainability of the project and assess the impact of the project to the future performance of the organization.
