Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu spolupráce obce a neziskových organizací při zajištění bydlení. V rámci teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, které se týkají bytové politiky, bytové nouze a sociálního bydlení. Další části této práce jsou zaměřeny na ohrožené skupiny, které se potýkají s bytovou nouzí. Následně bude vymezena spolupráce ze strany Magistrátu v Ostravě a neziskových organizací. Výzkumná část je založena na kvalitativní výzkumné strategii, jejímž cílem je zjistit, jak funguje spolupráce obce a neziskových organizací při zajištění bydlení v Ostravě. Data budou získána prostřednictvím techniky polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is interested in the topic of cooperation between the municipality and non-profit organizations in providing housing. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis describes the basic concepts that relate to housing policy, housing need and social housing. Other parts of this work are focused on vulnerable groups that are facing housing deprivation. Further will be defined cooperation by the city of Ostrava and non-profit organizations. The research part is based on a qualitative research strategy, the aim of which is to find out how the cooperation between the municipality and non-profit organizations works in providing housing in Ostrava. The data will be obtained through the technique of semi-structured interviews.
