Abstract:

HROMÁDKO, Tomáš. Sociální podnikání v cestovním ruchu a turismu. Diplomová práce Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2019. 71 s. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat oblast sociálního podnikání a sociální cestovní ruch, prověřit současné možnosti jejich financování a objasnit podmínky založení a praktického fungování sociálního podniku provedením kvalitativního výzkumu metodou případové studie u dvou podniků v Ústeckém kraji. Dalším cílem je pak vypracování příkladového projektového záměru pro nový sociální podnik, který bude podporovat sociální cestovní ruch. Teoreticko-metodologická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu sociální podnikání, jeho podporou a podmínkami pro založení sociálního podniku. Dále je zde definován pojem sociální cestovní ruch a problematika práva na cestování pro různé znevýhodněné skupiny osob a je zde popsán základní postup založení sociálního podniku. V analytické části je provedena analýza současných možností financování sociálního podniku. Dále je provedena případová studie dvou vybraných sociálních podniků se zaměřením na deklarované principy sociálního podnikání. V návrhové části je zpracován návrh na podnikatelský záměr na založení nového sociálního podniku v Ústeckém kraji, který by zaměstnával znevýhodněné osoby a zároveň podpořil sociální cestovní ruch.

HROMÁDKO, Tomáš. Social entrepreneurship in tourism.  Master´s Dissertation The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2019. 71 p. The aim of the thesis is to describe the area of social business and social tourism, to examine the current possibilities of their financing and to clarify the conditions of establishment and practical functioning of a social business by conducting a qualitative research using a case study method in two companies in the Usti region. Another goal is to develop an exemplary project plan for a new social business to promote social tourism. The theoretical and methodological part deals with the definition of the concept of social business, its support and conditions for the establishment of a social business. Furthermore, the concept of social tourism and the issue of the right to travel for different disadvantaged groups of people are defined and the basic procedure for establishing a social business is described. In the analytical part is an analysis of current possibilities of financing a social business. There is also a case study of two selected social business focused on the declared principles of social entrepreneurship. In the proposal part there is a proposal for a business plan for establishing a new social business in the Usti Region, which would employ disadvantaged people and at the same time support social tourism.
