Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na význam znaleckých posudku a odborného vyjádření v trestním řízení. Zabývá se historickým vývojem znalecké činnosti, postavením znalce znaleckých ústavů a charakteristikou znaleckých posudků, odborných vyjádření, konzultací a expertiz.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on importance of a professional statement and an expertise for the needs of criminal proceedings. Thesis includes historical facts about a role of the judicial experts and professional institutions, describe some basic theoretical characteristics of the judicial experts, professional institutions and expert reports, expert consultation.
