Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, that is focused on company relations management and private branch exchange Asterisk. Goal is to create program, that connects these two systems. Emphasis is put on Asterisk load testing.Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá systémom Microsoft Dynamics CRM, určeným na riadenie podnikových vzťahov a pobočkovou ústredňou Asterisk. Cieľom je vytvoriť program, ktorý spája tieto dva systémy. Dôraz sa kladie na záťažové testovanie ústredne.
