Tato diplomová práce studuje problematikou funkční soběstačnosti mužů po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. K hodnocení byl použit Test funkční soběstačnosti (FIM test). Byla hodnocena efektivita rehabilitace na rehabilitačním oddělení porovnáním průměrných vstupních a výstupních hodnot FIM skóre. This thesis deals with problems of the functional-self-sufficiency of men after total hip replacement. The test of functional impairment measure (FIM test) was used for evaluation. Effectiveness of rehabilitation at the rehabilitation department was evaluated by comparing the average input and output values of total FIM score.
