Abstract:

Cílem této práce je tvorba modelu formální komunikace v organizaci. Text je členěn do třech hlavních kapitol, které jsou dále děleny na podkapitoly. Každá kapitola má svůj úvod, objasňující důvody výběru a zařazení jednotlivých témat. První část práce se věnuje vymezení jejího teoretického rámce, vymezení pojmu teoretický model a taktéž operacionalizaci základních pojmů z oblasti komunikace. Druhá část je samotným teoretickým modelem, s nímž je spojena i kapitola třetí, která je oddělena pouze z důvodu větší přehlednosti textu a proto je třeba ji chápat jako součást teoretického modelu

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to create the model of formal communication in an organization. It is composed of three main chapters, which are divided into the subheads. Each chapter has it's own introduction, which explains the reasons for choosing each topic. The first chapter of this work presents the theoretical principles, especially the term "theoretical model" and it clarifies the basic terms connected with the area of the communication. The second chapter is the theoretical model. The third chapter has to be considered as a part of the theoretical model. It is separated only because of the better arrangement of the text
