Forms of bankruptcy reorganization and restructuring

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá insolvenčním řízením podniků. Jejím hlavním cílem je prozkoumat kritické situace podniku, nastínit možnosti jejich revitalizace, restrukturalizace, popřípadě zániku. Hlavním akcentem bude řešení insolvenční reorganizace na praktickém vybraném úpadci, společnosti APOS-AUTO, s.r.o. V praktické části je rozebrán postup reorganizace vybraného úpadce a ukázána vhodnost řešení insolvence pomocí reorganizace oproti konkurzu. V závěru jsou shrnuty také hlavní důvody vedoucí k úpadku dlužníka.

Abstract:

This work deals with insolvency management of companies. Its main goal is to examine the critical situations of the company, to outline the possibilities of their revitalization, restructuring, or demise. The main emphasis is focused on solving insolvency reorganization on a practically selected bankrupt, the company APOS-AUTO, s.r.o. The practical part analyzes the process of reorganization of the selected bankrupt and shows the suitability of solving insolvency through reorganization compared to bankruptcy. Finally, the main reasons leading to the bankruptcy of the debtor are also summarized.
