Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými problémy myslivosti z pohledu práva. Nejprve myslivost stručně představuje jakožto činnost ve veřejném zájmu, která je legitimním omezením vlastnického práva. Dále se věnuje nehonebním pozemkům, honitbám a jejich pronájmu. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with selected issues of hunting from the legal point of view. First of all it briefly introduces hunting as an activity executed in public interest, which represents legitimate limitation of proprietary right.
