Criminal tactics from the perspective of applying new forensic and technical methods

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje problematice kriminalistické taktiky z hlediska aplikace nových kriminalisticko-technických metod. Úvodní část přináší ucelený úvod do tématu a zdůrazňuje význam kriminalistické taktiky v rámci vyšetřování trestných činů. Teoretická část rozvíjí koncept kriminalistické taktiky a mapuje její historický vývoj a tradiční přístupy. Dále se věnuje přehledu tradičních kriminalistických metod a technik a poté detailněji zkoumá nové kriminalisticko-technické metody a jejich význam v praxi. Praktická část práce se zabývá zvolenými metodami zpracování, včetně popisu použitých metod a technik, sběru dat a etických aspektů výzkumu. Kvantitativní výzkum je prezentován formou dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledky jsou v práci detailně analyzovány.

Abstract:

The thesis is devoted to the issue of criminalistic tactics in terms of the application of new criminalistic-technical methods. The introductory part provides a comprehensive introduction to the topic and emphasizes the importance of criminalistic tactics in criminal investigations. The theoretical part develops the concept of criminalistic tactics and maps its historical development and traditional approaches. It then reviews traditional criminalistic methods and techniques and then examines in more detail new criminalistic methods and their importance in practice. The practical part of the thesis deals with the chosen methods of processing, including a description of the methods and techniques used, data collection and ethical aspects of the research. Quantitative research is presented in the form of a questionnaire survey, the results of which are analysed in detail in the thesis.
