The aim of this dissertation is to point the issuses and familiarity with the negative factors of fatigue.But the wagning signs of fatigue and its prevention. Cieľom našej bakalárskej práce je poukázať na problematiku a oboznámenie s negatívnymi faktormi únavy. Ale aj varovných signálov únavy, predchádzaniu a jej zabráneniu. Medzi tieto faktory patria: preťaženie, vyčerpanosť, monotónia, psychická záťaž, stres. Tieto faktory ovplyvňujú jedinca v pracovnom, ale aj mimopracovnom živote jedinca.
