Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou aplikace pro analýzu lokálních struktur v DNA v programu MATLAB. První kapitola práce je zaměřena na stručné seznámení s předmětem analýzy, deoxyribonukleovou kyselinou. Další část práce se zabývá teorií neuronových sítí. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is engaged with the development of an application for analysis of local structures in MATLAB software. First chapter is a brief description of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). Next part talks about the theory of neural network and then follows a description of the MATLAB software. Practical part deals with the implementation of a neural network and its testing in MATLAB.
