Předložená práce je zaměřena na téma povinností osob samostatně výdělečně činných ve vztahu k daním a odvodům zdravotního pojištění a sociálního zabezpečení. The presented thesis is focused on the obligations of self-employed persons in relation to taxes and levies of health insurance and social security payments. The aim of the thesis was to create summary of all registration duties regarding to the direct and indirect taxes which need to be kept by each of entrepreneurs and then this knowledge isused in practice part of the thesis.
