Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postojem českých a nadnárodních spolků k LGBT+ komunitě. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy, které s ní souvisí, jako je gender, sexualita a druhy sexuální orientace. Zabývá se také rovností, diskriminací na pracovišti a jejím zakotvením v legislativě. Mimo jiné je řešena stereotypizace knihovnického povolání a její vliv na psychické zdraví pracovníků knihoven. Praktická část se věnuje knihovnickým spolkům AKVŠ, SDRUK, SKIP, ALA a IFLA, a také jejich vybraným suborganizacím, které jsou ve stručnosti představeny. Jsou popsány kodexy a pravidla, kterými se řídí a ve kterých jsou obsaženy informace vztahující se k LGBT.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the attitude of Czech and supranational associations towards the LGBT+ community. The theoretical part explains related concepts such as gender, sexuality and types of sexual orientation. It also deals with equality, discrimination in the workplace and its anchoring in legislation. Among other things, it addresses the stereotyping of the library profession and its impact on the mental health of library workers. The practical part deals with the library associations AKVŠ, SDRUK, SKIP, ALA and IFLA, as well as their selected sub-organisations, which are briefly introduced. The codes and rules they follow are described, which contain information relating to LGBT issues.
