Persons with disabilities in the records of the employment office of the Czech Republic in Jeseník, and their possible employment on the labor market.

Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobami se zdravotním postižením vedenými na Úřadě práce ČR a možnostmi jejich uplatnění na trhu práce v okrese Jeseník. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny informace týkající těchto osob, které budou zasazeny do kontextu možnosti jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. Dále jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé možnosti uplatnění zdravotně postižených osob na trhu práce přímo v okrese Jeseník a specifikovány povinnosti zaměstnavatelů plnit povinný podíl vyplývající ze zákona č. 435/2004 Sb., o zaměstnanosti, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. V praktické části je pomocí rozhovorů s vybranými zaměstnavateli zjišťováno, jakým způsobem plní povinný podíl a co je při volbě způsobu plnění nejvíce ovlivnilo. Zjistíme také, jaká forma motivace by vedla k větší míře zaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis deals with people with disabilities registered at the Labour Office of the Czech Republic and the possibilities of their employment in the labour market in the Jeseník district. The theoretical part contains information about these people, which will be put into the context of the possibility of their employment in the labour market. Furthermore, the individual possibilities of employment of disabled people in the labour market directly in the Jeseník district are characterized and the obligations of employers to meet the mandatory share arising from Act No. 435/2004 Coll., the Employment Act are specified. In the practical part, interviews with selected employers are used to find out how they meet the mandatory share and what influenced them the most when choosing the method of performance. We will also find out what form of motivation would lead them to a higher level of employment of people with disabilities.
