Anotace:

This thesis focuses on the work-life management to find out the obstacles and difficulties which prevent the employees from having a good work life management and also to derive the suitable solutions which could be more helpful for the employees to cope with their work as well as personal environment in harmony. This thesis mainly uses primary data as well as secondary data from publicly available sources. We can see important aspect of a healthy work environment. Work-life balance reduce stress and help prevent burnout in the workplace. Chronic stress is one of the most common health issues in the workplace. The data collected compare the work life and personal life, how do they manage and satisfy both and the result as well.
