Hlavní část práce se věnuje právním podmínkám realizace protipovodňových opatření zejména stavebního charakteru, a to od nejvyšší úrovně územního plánování, tedy územně plánovacích podkladů, přes územní řízení až po vydání stavebního povolení ve vodoprávním řízení. The main part of the thesis deals with the legal conditions of implementing anti-flooding control system (constructions in particular) from the highest level of town planning, i.e. local plan data, through area management process, to the issue of planning permission in water-rights proceedings.
