Mnou zpracovaná práce ve svém obsahu reaguje na změny, které s sebou přinesla novela obchodního práva, a to s účinností od 1. 1. 2014. Práce zjišťuje, jak novela právní úpravy změnila či nově iniciovala ochranu práv společníků, společností a v jakém rozsahu a jakým způsobem reaguje na soulad právní úpravy České republiky s právem komunitárním.
