Autorka pomocí souboru pěti publicistických rozhovorů reflektuje práci sociálních pracovníků a také jejich vnímání okolím a laickou veřejností. Author reflects by a series of five publicistic interviews a work of social workers and perception by their surroundings and laic society. In first part of a bachelor thesis definitions of social work and social worker are explained.
