Complex Security and Protection System Design for the Břeclav Hospital Buildings\nl{}

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o obecných zásadách tvorby komplexního systému řízení ochrany a bezpečnosti, kde teoretická část bude následně implementována do praktického návrhu ve vztahu k objektu Nemocnice Břeclav. Práce se zabývá problematikou zabezpečení a ochrany areálu Nemocnice Břeclav. V teoretické části je stručně popsána historie nemocnice až po její současný stav a organizační struktura. Jsou zde uvedeny základní právní rámce ochrany objektu, základní východiska bezpečnosti objektu a struktury projektu fyzické ochrany bezpečnosti. V praktické části jsou vytyčena rizika areálu nemocnice, popsány vnitřní a vnější rizika a tyto jsou zahrnuty do následného vyhodnocení. V diplomové práci je proveden návrh zabezpečení areálu a pro zjištěná rizika jsou navržené postupy pro jejich odstranění nebo minimalizaci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis discusses the general principles of a comprehensive systém of protection and security, where the theoretical part will be subsequently implemented in a practical proposal in relation to the object Břeclav Hospital. The thesis deals with the security and protection of the area Břeclav Hospital. In the theoretical section briefly describes the history oh the hospital to its current state and organizational structure. There are the basic legal framework for the protection object, the basic starting safety building and project structure of physical security protection. In the practical part are risk delineated area of the hospital, described the internal and external risk and these are included in the subsequent evaluation. In this thesis the design of a security complex and the identified risk procedures are designed to eliminate or minimize them.
