Abstract:

Biometrické ověření lze použít jako levné, snadné a spolehlivé techniky v multifaktorové autentizaci. Authentication systems based o rozpoznávání hlasu trpí opakovaným útokem. Tato práce se provádí a analyzuje textově nezávislý biometrický autentizační systém založený na náhodně vyzvaný text. Vzhledem k tomu, že výzva k textu není známa k reproduktoru předem je těžké spustit útok na přehrávání. The systém využívá koeficient Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC) pro extrakci funkce řeči a model Gaussian Mix (GMM) pro reproduktor mod- eling. Universal Back Model (UBM) se používá jako alternativní (impostor) model testování poměru pravděpodobnosti v autentizační aplikaci. The systém využívá pro testování rychlou segmentaci a clusteringovou techniku. Zlepšení o 57,93% v době testování je dosaženo nadstandardně clustering techniky jako Aglomerace hierarchické shlukování (AHC). Měřicí rychlost 98% se dosáhne v uzavřené sadě žádostí Délka testu 15 slov. Falešná míra přijetí (FAR) 5,72% s FALSE Míra zamítnutí (FRR) 4,44% a přesnost autentizace 94,92% je dosaženo v otevřené sadě autentizační aplikace.

Abstract:

Biometric authentication can be used as a cheap, easy, and reliable technique in multi-factor authentication. Authentication systems based on voice recognition suffer from replay attack. This work implements and analyses a text-independent biometric authentication system based on randomly prompted text. Since the prompted text-phrase is not known to the speaker in advance, a replay attack is difficult to launch. The system uses Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC) to extract speech features and Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) for speaker mod- eling. Universal Back Model (UBM) is used as an alternate (impostor) model for likelihood ratio testing in the authentication application. The system uses a fast segmentation and clustering technique for testing. An improvement of 57.93% in testing time is achieved over standard clustering techniques like Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC). An identification rate of 98% is achieved in closed-set application for 15-word test length. A False Acceptance rate (FAR) of 5.72% with False Rejection Rate (FRR) of 4.44% and authentication accuracy of 94.92% is achieved in an open-set authentication application.
