Práce je zaměřena na bakeriální biofilmy, zejména na biofilmy typické pro potravinářský průmysl. V práci je popsána jejich struktura, tvorba, možnosti odstranění a rovněž i různé diagnostické metody pro průkaz biofilmu. Abstract:
The work is focused on bacterial biofilms, especially on biofilms typical for food industry. Thesis describe their structure, formation and removal capabilities as well as various diagnostic methods for the detection of biofilm. Part of this work deals with the definition of pathogenic microorganisms and selected pathogens that survive in the biofilms, especially production of biofilm in the foof processing …more
