The subject of my bachelor thesis is characteristics of bank loans and in particular the specification and diversification of short-term bank loans. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to show the application of various short-term loans for selected business entity with short-term financing needs and to identify and determine the possibilities and limitations of the use of specific short-term loans.
