Analysis of Costs and Expenditures Related to the Utilisation and Maintenance of a Car at XY Company

Abstract:

Bakalářské práce je zaměřena na rozbor nákladů a výdajů spojených s užíváním a provozem automobilů u právnické osoby, která vede účetnictví podle vyhlášky pro podnikatele. V teoretické části práce jsou specifikovány jednotlivé náklady a výdaje na automobily z hlediska účetního i daňového, a to podle členění v účtovém rozvrhu pro podnikatele. V praktické části je daná problematika prezentována na skutečných nákladech a výdajích spojených s automobily ve společnosti XY s.r.o. Jsou zde provedeny praktické výpočty, konkrétní příklady a celkově analyzovány náklady na automobily ve firmě. Zároveň je vyhodnocena možnost využití výdajového paušálu na dopravu. Na závěr jsou navrženy další možné změny a postupy v rámci účetní a daňové problematiky ve firmě.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on analysis of the costs and expenses related to using and running cars by a legal entity, one which conducts its accounting practices in adherence with regulations for entrepreneurs. The theoretical part contains specified individual costs and expenses for automobiles from the perspective of accounting and taxation, all according to a table of accounting classification for entrepreneurs. In the practical part, this issue is presented through the actual costs and expenses related to automobiles run by the company XY s.r.o. It features practical calculations, as well as giving examples and analysed costs for the company?s cars. At the same, it also evaluates a possibility to utilise a fixed expense tariff for transportation. The closing section comprises suggestions for further potential changes and methods within the scope of the company?s accounting and taxation.
