Traditional own income sources of the companionship and a protection of its financial concerments
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce Vás seznámí se všemi tradičními vlastními zdroji Společenství. Je zaměřená na clo, jako nejstarší vlastní zdroj. Ve své práci popisuji vliv původu zboží na oblast výběru cel. Na konkrétních případech analyzuji podvody týkající se původu zboží a popisuji vlastní návrhy řešení, jak minimalizovat výši daňových úniků ohrožujících finanční zájmy Společenství.
Abstract:
This thesis introduces you to all traditional sources of their own community. It is focused on the duty as the eldest own source. In my work I discribe the effect of origin for collection of duties. I analyze the specific cases of fraud concerning the origin of goods and I describe my own proposals for folving how to minimize the amount of tax evasion theatening the financial interests of the community …more
