Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zavedení procesního řízení v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část práce se věnuje obsahu procesního řízení, kritickým faktorům úspěchu při jeho implementaci, specifikům jeho zavádění ve středních a malých podnicích a metodikám pro jeho zavádění.
