Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je založena na teoretickém zpracování většiny základních parametrů běhu, jeho techniky a analýzy. Zabývá se technickými podmínkami a tělesnými parametry běhu. Dále zpracovává techniku běhu a jeho nácviku, včetně speciálních technik. Pro doplnění udává nejdůležitější parametry a druhy analýz běhu.
Abstract:
The Bachelor’s thesis is based on a theoretical treatment of most of the basic parameters of running, its techniques and analysis. It deals with the physical specifications and parameters of running. It also covers the field of running technique and training, including special techniques. To make the view complete, it indicates the most important parameters of different types of running analysis.
