Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a hodnocením logistických systémů využívaných u vybrané firmy. Po hodnocení systému externího poskytovatele logistických služeb Preymesser bude řešen způsob optimalizace a návrh opatření pro zlepšení procesu JIS dodávek.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of logistics systems used by the chosen company. After evaluating the system of the external logistics service provider Preymesser, the method of optimization and the proposal of measures to improve the JIS delivery process will be addressed.
