This thesis introduces technologies of multimedia data transfer, primarily used in video conferencing. Emphasis is placed on the packet reflectors, especially RUM2 reflector and its configuration protocol RAP. Táto práca predstavuje technológie prenosu multimediálnych dát, použité najmä pre účely videokonferencie. Dôraz je kladený na paketové reflektory, špeciálne potom reflektor RUM2 a jeho konfiguračný protokol RAP. Pre túto dvojicu je v praktickej časti navrhnuté a implementované grafické rozhranie uľahčujúce konfiguráciu reflektoru.
