Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku uzavírání smlouvy o běžném účtu s důrazem na ochranu práv a zájmů spotřebitele. The thesis focuses on the issue of concluding a current account contract with an emphasis on the protection of the rights and interests of the consumer.
