The exaction forms of claims from leas and credit.
Abstract:
Moje diplomová práce navazuje na práci bakalářskou a srovnává pořízení dlouhodobého majetku formou leasingu a úvěru, výhody zvoleného financování, účetní a daňové hledisko. V aplikační části objasňuje dopad platební neschopnosti klienta a hledá možnosti řešení právní cestou – soudní řízení, exekuce a další způsoby uplatnění pohledávek.
Abstract:
My diploma work follows up with the bachelor one and compares the acquisition of long-termed property provides by leasing and credit, the advantages of selective financing, accounting and tax aspect. There is the result of client´s payment inability and searching the ideal solution by law – the process, the execution and another methods of using claims.
