Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na oblast řízení lidských zdrojů v hotelnictví. V práci se setkáme s definicí řízení lidských zdrojů a jeho vlivu na podnik a lidské zdroje.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the area of human resource management in the hotel industry. In this work we meet the definition of human resource management and its impact on business and human resources.
