Protection of environment and public health ahead of undesirable affects of noise
Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je rozbor problematiky hluku v mimopracovním prostředí a ochrany před ním z různých hledisek podle současné právní úpravy. Součástí je také posouzení souladu české právní úpravy a právní úpravy ES. Uvedeny jsou i dva příklady z praxe.
Abstract:
Subject of this diploma work is analysis of noise and noise protection in extra-work environment in conform with valid legal regulation. Part of this work involve recognition compatibility czech and european legal regulation. In conclusion are two examples of practice too.
