Cieľom bakalárskej práce je poskytnúť ucelený obraz o subjektoch občianskoprávnych vzťahov a o jednotlivých formách zastúpenia. The goal of this work is to provide a comprehensive picture of the participants in civil relations and different forms of representation. Final thesis is based on the characteristics of participants in civil relations in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the treatment literature, including relevant case law and other resources in this area.
