Metody izolace a stanovení amygdalinu

Amygdalin: isolation and determination in food
Abstract:
Práce je věnovaná stručnému popisu látky amygdalin, jeho vlastností, výskytu v potravinách a účinku na lidský organismus. Zabývá se popisem některých metod jeho izolace z potravinové matrice a následné kvantifikace. V závěru práce hodnotí a porovnává popsané metody dle jejich mezí detekce a stanovitelnosti.
Abstract:
The work deals with a description of amygdalin, its characteristics, presence in food and effects on human organism. Isolation methods from food matrix and further quantification are described. Comparation and evaluation of described methods in regards to their limits of detection and quantification were performed.
