Arachnofauna of gypsum mine in Kobeřice

Abstract:

Na přelomu let 2014/2015 byl proveden výzkum arachnofauny sádrovcového dolu v Kobeřicích v Moravskoslezském kraji s cílem prozkoumat zdejší společenstva pavouků a zjistit druhovou rozmanitost území. Člověkem narušená stanoviště se často stávají útočištěm vyššího množství vzácných a ohrožených druhů. Metodou odchytu byly zemní pasti, na třech od sebe bioticky odlišných lokalitách. Touto metodou bylo získáno 374 pavouků, zařaditelných do 13 čeledí a 35 druhů. Pavoučí společenstva se hodnotila z hlediska dominance čeledí, dominance druhů, termopreference stupeň reliktnosti. Nejčastějším nalezeným druhem byl Pardosa lugubris. Na území se vyskytují také zranitelné druhy Callilepis nocturna a Metopobactrus prominulus. Tato studie je první svého typu v dané lokalitě, podává nám základní informace o složení zdejší arachnofauny, dává podklad pro budoucí rozsáhlejší výzkum.

Abstract:

At the turn of the years 2014 and 2015 a research was carried out concerning the arachnofauna of the gypsum mine in Kobeřice in the Moravian-Silesian region. The aim of the research was to examine the spider communities in the area to find out biodiversity of this area. Such sites disrupted by people often provide refuge for a higher number of rare and endangered species. Pitfall traps were used as a method of capture at three biotically distinct localities. 374 spiders were acquired by this method, classified into 13 families and 35 species. Spider communities were classified in terms of family dominance, species dominance, thermophilic preference and degree of relictness. The most abundant species was Pardosa lugubris. There are also some vulnerable species on this area such as Callilepis nocturna and Metopobactrus prominulus. This study is the first of its kind in the given locality, presenting basic information about the structure of the local arachnofauna and providing basis for a more extensive future research.
