Abstract:
Ve své práci se zaměřuji na zkoumání institutu konstruktivního vyslovení nedůvěry na národní úrovni evropských států. Tento prvek zkoumám jednak v rámci jednotlivých států, kde se v současnosti uplatňuje (Belgie, Maďarsko, Německo, Polsko, Slovinsko, Španělsko), tak v rámci vzájemné komparace těchto národních variant. In my thesis I focus on the institute of constructive vote of no confidence at national level of European states. I examine this element within the individual states where it can be currently found (Belgium, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Spain) as well as within the framework of these national variations´ comparison.
