Abstract:
V práci se zabývám podrobným rozebráním úpravy cestovní smlouvy, kterou se provozovatel cestovní kanceláře zavazuje, že zákazníkovi poskytne zájezd a zákazník se zavazuje, že zaplatí smluvenou cenu. Cestovní smlouva dlouho nebyla smluvním typem dle Občanského zákoníku. Abstract:
The work focuses on detailed analysis of travel contract. This bilateral contract obligates travel agency entrepreneur to provide client the ordered tour and client to pay the contractual amount. Travel contract was not a type of contract included in Civil code.
