Předzpracování medicínských obrazů pro následnou segmentaci

Image preprocessing for further segmentation
Abstract:
Úkolem této práce je prozkoumat a porovnat metody předzpracování digitálního obrazu. Dále pak vybrat vhodné metody pro práci s medicínskými obrazy formátu DICOM. Mezi zkoumané metody patří metody filtrace obrazu a detekce hran v obraze. Účelem je nalezení vhodné kombinace těchto metod pro následnou segmentaci obrazů a jejich další zpracování.
Abstract:
Aim of this thesis is to study and compare methods of digital image preprocessing and to choose suitable methods to work with medical images in DICOM format. Researched methods are the methods of image filtration and detection of edges in the image. Purpose of this thesis is finding suitable combinations of these methods for subsequent image segmentation and its further processing.
