Tématem diplomové práce je revenue management, který se v této práci zaměřuje na restaurace. Cílem diplomové práce je určit principy použití revenue managentu jako metody řízení tržeb pro všechna odvětví. Následně provést analýzu restaurace a zjistit slabá místa na straně obsluhy. Core of this diploma thesis is revenue management in focus on restaurants. The main aim of the thesis is to identify the principles of revenue management and use this principles as income management methods for all sectors.
