Maligní komorové arytmie ohrožují život pacienta a bez okamžité intervence vedou k zástavě krevního oběhu a následně smrti. Tato práce je zaměřena na metody léčby komorových arytmií v přednemocniční péči, během následné hospitalizace a ukazuje postup při implantaci kardioverteru defibrilátoru (ICD). Abstract:
Malignant ventricular arrhythmias are life threatening arrhythmias and without emergent intervention leads to circulatory arrest and subsequent death. This work is concentrated on therapeutical methods of ventricular tachycardia in prehospital care, during hospitalization and indicates the procedure for implantation of cardioverter defibrillator (ICD).
